Returns & Exchange

Products purchased from our online store may be returned for a credit if returned unworn and in saleable condition within 14 business days of dispatch date.

Au d'Azzur does not do not offer refunds for change of mind or unsuitable purchases. We do not accept returns if products: 

• are earrings
• SALE items
• are not returned in their original condition or packaging
• are returned outside of the specified return timeframe
• are of a bespoke nature

It is at the client's expense to safely return the piece(s) to Au d'Azzur and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our team.
